This is a workout from the Swift 30 Day Challenge. WOW! Awesome workout, Anna! Definitely earned the title Sweat. The best part about this workout is you can basically do it anywhere, and with some places still under COVID restrictions, getting any sort of movement in the limited space available is really important. While I could get through the workout relatively well, I’m glad you also included some low-impact modifications—helpful if you live in an apartment, or just can’t keep up with all the jumping but still want to get a good cardio session in. Combine this with other strength-focused bodyweight training or even strength training with light weights, you’ve got yourself a killer exercise regime for the month!
