You’ll be joining our expert personal trainer Anna 3 times a week where she’ll guide & motivate you every step of the way.
Each workout is fun, high energy & has been designed to give you maximum results in less than 30 minutes. There’s no equipment required with any of the workouts, and they're suitable for all abilities. We’ll be working on total body fitness. HIIT, toning, strength, core work and mobility. Every workout is different to the last, with plenty of variety to keep you engaged. |
Lily Soutter will be your Nutritionist for the 30 Day Challenge.
Lily is a qualified nutritionist in London, where she sees clients in her private clinic in Chelsea. Lily's extensive knowledge on the science of food & health, enables her to regularly write for The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan & she's featured regularly on ITV’s This morning with Holly & Phil. Lily's designed the Nutritional programme for the Swift 30 Day Challenge that’s both comprehensive & easy to understand. |
Natalie will be your Yoga instructor for the 30 day challenge.
We’re all about balance here at Swift, and her role throughout the challenge is to help you with that much needed recovery. You’ll join Natalie once a week for a 30 minute yoga class. This is your time to recover, recharge and refocus. Each flow combines fluid yoga movements and breath. It will help you to build strength, keep your joints healthy, increase your flexibility & help prevent injuries. |
We’ll be here to guide you through the course week by week all via our private online platform.
We won’t overload you with information, we break the course down into bite size pieces and highlight the key knowledge to create healthy long term changes for life.
