The answers range from boredom, to motivation, lack of knowledge and a few others, but the MAIN problem that comes up EVERY time is this ..... Lack of Action Taking, Consistency & Adaptation. Massive, consistent action with pure persistence & a sense of flexibility in pursuing your goals will ultimately give you what you want, but you must abandon any sense that there is no solution. Tony Robbins. You see, too many people give up after trying a just a few things, it's the fear of failure which ultimately leads to giving up entirely. Their is no exact science of how to lose weight, it's about working with your lifestyle, social life, family, friends, unique challenges and barriers. So what, you didn't lose weight this week, what can you do about it next week? It doesn't matter what happens, it's how you react which will make the difference between success and failure. To succeed in weight loss, you have to keep tweaking, and fine tuning your approach, consistently to reap the rewards.
