Although Charlotte’s career in nursing has been the main influence of her company’s identity, it was the experience she had when living and working independently in Thailand and being surrounded by the Buddhist culture that gave Charlotte a real understanding and appreciation to the meaning of health and fitness. Strength doesn’t come from what you can do; it comes from what you thought you couldn’t do.
Charlotte’s expertise in mental health ensures she can effectively help others to become and remain motivated, improve self-esteem and set clear goals and rewards; which are all crucial components when trying to achieve any fitness program. Charlotte has also specialised in exercise referral to ensure she is qualified to support any client who has a physical medical condition, she is also a qualified circuit and kettlebell instructor and has completed courses for pre and post-natal fitness.
Whilst developing her Sole2Soul business, Charlotte started as a freelance personal trainer and bootcamp leader with SWIFT fitness; she now works in partnership with Mental Health NHS Trusts across London providing exercise classes and personal training to patients, as well as training Sole2Soul private clients and freelancing through SWIFT.
Charlotte is dedicated to deliver the highest quality of evidence based training which is fun, effective and rewarding. She will empower others to make positive changes in order to achieve their goals and get the best results. Charlotte is confident, passionate and driven, and believes that exercise is capable of changing the body and mind, her philosophy is: ‘believe you can, and you are half way there; only then will exercise be a clear mood and body changer!’
