Don’t over complicate your programme or workout schedule. This is one of those things where less really is more. You don’t have to workout for an hour every day, plodding on the treadmill. Join a class, boot camp, or plan a 20 minute blast workout for your local park. The less you have to think, the better. This is why our boot camps across London are so popular, because you turn up, and your session is planned for you, you simply have to turn your brain off and go for it.
I get it, you are busy, so is everyone else, it’s up to you to carve our your programme, and lifestyle so you can enjoy your life full of energy and vitality.
