We're offering a 60 minute consultation and taster session for FREE.
The aim of this is to help us understand your goals, barriers, injuries and previous exercise experience. This is a time for you and your trainer to get to know each other. Plus you get to 'test drive' having your own Personal Trainer for free. It usually lasts around 60 minutes. 30 minutes for the consultation & then 30 minutes for a taster session. After multiple lockdowns I was in such a slump. I was thinking about getting a trainer for a while, I really am so pleased I did! Working out with Swift has been brilliant. It really has got me back into fitness again & I'm delighted at how much fitter, healthier & overall better I feel. Amy and Swift Fitness are fantastic. Cannot recommend her and Swift enough. Chloe is brilliant and I am extremely happy with the programmes that she creates for me as they are challenging and fun. The sessions have a lasting, positive effect on the way I feel. I would recommend Chloe as a personal trainer to anyone as I feel she really knows her stuff. I am feeling both the mental and physical benefits of the PT sessions. The support I have had not just in the sessions but then through out the week, really keeps me on track. I have found having one session a week spurs me on to workout the rest of the week and actually enjoy it, which prior to working with Swift is something I never thought would happen! I love training with Swift, I feel much stronger and healthier and I have learnt a lot about nutrition. I can see a visible difference in my body too! |
